Update on Carol

I asked for prayers for Carol last week, and thanks again to those who prayed. She saw the pulmonary specialist, and the problem is not with her lungs. So that means it’s her heart condition that is worsening.

Next Monday, 4/28, she sees her diabetic doctor, plus her cardiologist. And I’m praying she will not need heart surgery. But if she does, that it will be a success. She has so many health problems.

And the situation with her family is worsening. Please pray for a healing there. At this time in her life, she needs a family who will be supportive of her and loving.

Thank you all, and God bless you for your prayers. Today is the day Carol sees these two doctors, and I’m praying for good news. I probably won’t know anything before tomorrow, but I will post what she finds out when I know.

Again, thank you so much for your continuing prayers for Carol. The cardiologist wants to do a catheritization (sp?) as a diagnostic tool, as he feels she needs a valve replacement. She is refusing, saying that isn’t what it is. I asked if she wouldn’t consider seeing another doctor for a second opinion, but she refuses that, too. I’m afraid she’s in denial of a sort, and I also feel it has alot to do with the situation within the family.

Please pray hard everything will work out for her, and that God will work in a mighty way to help her forgive the treatment she is receiving from family members.
