On the blog dawnoeurope.blogspot.com , my latest post concerns a euthanasia bill that was discussed in April, this year, before the British House of the Lords… You will find links to the report of the House of the Lords, as also the very text of the bill.
Another element of importance is that I’ve put at your disposition the full text of an article published in The Lancet on euthanasia of newborns in Flanders (Belgium): about 17 times, newborns were given lethal drugs or lethal doses of drugs to kill them.

Euthanasia is currently illegal in Belgium for children, but allowed for adults. A bill deposed in July 2004 tried to extend euthanasia to minors (and patients suffering of dementia who made a living will), but was stopped in its tracks.
Nevertheless, there were no comments from the Belgian Catholic Church…
