(URGENT) How do I confess this?

How do I confess that I had impure actions without using the word ‘impure’ and such?
Could I say that I broke the sixth commandment, or would that imply having sex (which I didn’t?)

Just say that you had impure actions with yourself. Just be honest. The priest will not be scandalized, I assure you. You are in my prayers.
