Urgent Request: 8 yo Cousin with Leukemia

My 8 year old cousin, Cecilia, has been fighting Lukemia for 5 years now and is losing her fight quickly. Up until recently things were beginning to look up and everyone was very excited. We just found out recently that the cancer is back and that there is not much more they can do for her. I just recieved a phone call minutes ago that the Priest is there administering her Last Rites and that she is bleeding internally from her stomach and there is nothing they can do for her. It is particularly sad because a couple of years ago her mother died from cancer herself and her father has also battled cancer. He, thank God is doing very well and has been in remission for quite some time. I ask for your prayers to be with Cecilia and her family in this extrememly difficult and sad time. A friend of the family has set up a website where she posts updates frequently. It is www.baileyfoundation.com

This is so sad. I have a seven year old and would not want this to happen to her or any kid. I am sorry your cousin, Cecilia, has this and is not doing well. I will pray for her and her dad and you and your family during this difficult time. I will pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy for her. :gopray2:

Thank you so much Nana. I had never heard of the Chaplet of Divine Mercy so I looked it up and prayed it as well. Thank you again. My prayers are with you as well.
 
I just prayed the Chaplet of Divine Mercy in song for Cecilia. May God be merciful to her.
