US Population has become more ethnically diverse since the 1973 US Supreme Court decision striking down anti-abortion laws. Use of birth control and artificial contraception also increased greatly around this time.

Immigration is the obvious source for the increase in ethnic diversity. What else could it be?.

See chart.

🤨

This is sillyness.

America has always been ethnically diverse. We just labeled people differently. Italians were once “non-whites”.

Considering that Planned Parenthood is disproportionately targeting minorities (personal opinion), I’m not sure what you’re getting at.

Fertility is declining in nearly all countries. In the US, The rate and number of abortions has declined since the 90s.

The fertility drop also coincides with women have more options and opportunities in the workplace. If fertility is a big thing than the question is how should women balance career with the career stalling nature of child rearing?

The most successful option so far is to make changes to the working environment to cater better to mothers.

Due to self-sterilization (artificial, unnatural birth control) and abortion, many talented people have never been born who would have otherwise been born.

Many people are one-of-a-kind. There was only one Abraham Lincoln. There was only one Dr. Martin Luther King.

When talented people are missing, then we need replacements. The talents of immigrants have made America a better place.

Still not sure what you’re getting at. From what I’ve seen, birth rates decline as standard of living rises. Countries that are developing beyond “third world,” are starting to see the decline as well.

Population growth is good for economic growth. Fertility and immigration both contribute. People have talents. They create value. They buy cars. They buy homes. They save and invest. They pay taxes. It’s all good.

Population growth also contributes to habitat destruction and scales with most other environmental challenges.

In the years since the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision, fertility rates in the US have declined below the replacement level. Without immigrants, the size of the US working age population would be headed for decline.
