Provided the “Orthodox” in question are part of the EOC or OOC, or are Ukrainian Orthodox - Kyiv Patriarchate, yes. Same with the PNCC.

If they are “independent orthodox,” probably not.

The Utrecht Union used to be “yes” but now, probably not.
