Although I have always been a Catholic, it was not until the last few years that I learned of the religions teachings on Birth Control- and it wasn’t until recently that they mattered much to me anyways. My fiancé and I recently started planning with the church for our marriage and we need to take NFP classes. We both believe in the churches teachings of sex and love and plan to live our marriage accordingly- eventually we would love kids, but not right away.
Statistically only 3.2% of Catholics practice NFP.
I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) and was wondering if there were any other women who have practiced NFP for pregnancy prevention? Which method seems to be the best? and has anyone with PCOS had success using NFP?
I appreciate any information!
