Does anyone know where I may find an online version of Ut notum est, the 1973 instruction and procedure for the dissolution of marriage in favour of the faith?

Thank you for that information, Tantum ergo. I do not mind PDFs at all.

As I now discover that Ut notum est as been replaced by Potestas Ecclesiæ (PE), can anyone please direct me to an online source for PE?

If you would still like to look at Ut notum est, I have a copy of the Latin and an unofficial translation that I cannot post for copyright reasons but if you send me a pm with your email, I will send it to you. It is actually not easy to find that online for the simple reason that initially all such legislation was very discreet to avoid the impression of sanctioning divorce. When the document came out in 1973, it was only circulated within certain canonical circles and the ordinaries - that’s why you won’t find it in, for example, Acta Apostolicae Sedis (which is online) or other mouthpieces of the Holy See.

Thank you, AJV! I will PM you.
