I have the Didache RSV-CE2 version. The translation and footnotes are great, as are the topical essays (I think there are over 100 of them, on things like heaven, purgatory, the sacraments, etc.). The introductions are nothing to write home about, and each book only gets a one-page intro with authorship, dating, setting and purpose. The NT intros stick to traditional authorship, but some of the OT intros subscribe to views a bit too liberal for my liking.
But compared to the NAB, the Didache is leaps and bounds better, so I would still recommend it.
