Does anyone know of a site where I could access Vatican documents concerning different wars?
For instance, it’s often cited that Benedict XV called WWI “the suicide of Europe,” but I’m unable to access the document that came from.
Wars of specific interest to me involve the French and Indian, American Revolution, French Revolution, War of 1812, Civil War, Spanish American War, WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, and Gulf War I. It would be interesting to get the Vatican’s perspective on these conflicts as they occurred.
Thanks.
