“Empowerment of Women in the Church”

Why does it need to be painted as some sort of threat to the norms of the Church, I wonder. As though this womens soccer team is a next step towards women being ordained as deacons and priests.
I’m all for womens soccer. But really, keep the stupid reformist agenda out of it.
