My wife has made some fiddleback chasubles. You can see pictures at the link above. They are simple and reasonably priced, and can be made with different trim, fabric, and appliques if you like. If you are buying a gift for a priest and he is extra tall, we can also modify them for that.

I don’t know if these are what you are looking for, but this Orthodox convent produces vestments for Roman Catholics. Their vestments are amazing, IMO.

They also sell some nice cassocks, too:conventofsaintelizabeth.org/apparel/clerical.html The cassocks are more in the Greek and Russian tradition, but you might ask them if they would make one in the Latin tradition.
