Please pray for our friend Victor who had a stroke yesterday.

God of all creation, You who spoke a simple command and
brought forth light from the darkness, I ask You now to send
forth Your miracle working power to heal Victor. You
cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, You empowered the crippled
to rise up and walk. You sent forth your life giving power to
all those in need, including those You raised from the dead.
I ask You to send forth your healing power into Victor’s body
and give him the strength to fight his illness. I
ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, Your Son, who
lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God,
for ever and ever.
Amen

Have mercy, O loving God,
upon all who have suffered a stroke.
Remove the sudden fear that befalls them.
Endow them with courage in the struggle
to recover what has been lost.
Grant them strength and hope
to envision new days ahead
and a spirit of faith
to take the risk of living fully
once again.
Amen.

Lord, please grant Victor a healing touch with your divine hand, that all his afflictions, physical or spiritual, be quickly remedied. Lead him through this matter, along with all family and friends, ever toward the eternal garden of life. Spare him from any temptations during this and all times. Lead him joyfully through the difficulties of this fallen world, ever toward the eternal destiny of bliss. Have mercy, Lord. Our Lady, angels, and saints, pray with us. Amen.

Dear heavenly Father please flood Your healing grace upon Victor who has suffered a stroke.
Please give him peace and hope as he copes with this serious health crisis.
Father please ensure that he receives the best care and most appropriate therapy to regain his health.
I ask this in the name of Jesus Your beloved Son.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

†

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Dear God, Victor had a stroke. I ask for Your healing
power to come upon him. You give us life and
You have the power to renew life. I believe in Your
power to heal. Open him to whatever form
Your healing power takes. And help his loved ones
remember that no matter what happens, You are
the same yesterday, today and forever. You are
always with us.

With God all things are possible. (Matthew 19:26)

PATER NOSTER,
qui es in caelis,
sanctificetur nomen tuum.
Adveniat regnum tuum.
Fiat voluntas tua, sicut in caelo et in terra.
Panem nostrum quotidianum da nobis hodie,
et dimitte nobis debita nostra
sicut et nos dimittimus debitoribus nostris.
Et ne nos inducas in tentationem,
sed libera nos a malo. Amen.

*O most beautiful Flower of Mount Carmel, Fruitful Vine, Splendor of Heaven, who brought forth the Son of God still remaining a Virgin, assist us in this necessity. O Star of the Sea, help us, and show us that you are our Mother.

O Holy Mary, Mother of God, Queen of Heaven and earth, we humbly ask you from the depths of our heart to help us in this necessity. There are none who can withstand your power. O show us that you are our Mother.

O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee. Sweet Mother, we place this cause in your hands. Amen*

Praise the Lord! Victor is home after only 12 days in the hospital, doing well, and PT at his house. Thank you Jesus! Thank you prayer warriors!

:gopray2:
God my Father,
Thank You for surrounding us with Your favor as
a protection; with Your glory as an adornment;
with Your wisdom as words of life; with Your
generosity as a gift of goodness; with Your
blessings as a downpour of joy.
Amen

St. Thérèse of Liseux Prayer From “Story of A Soul”

May today there be peace within.
May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith.
May you use those gifts that you have received,
and pass on the love that has been given to you.
May you be content knowing you are a child of God.
Let this presence settle into your bones,
and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise, and love.
It is there for each and every one of us.

Amen. †

Lord, thank you that you are with me right now.
Your love surpasses all fear.
I give you the anxiety I feel.
I surrender all my worries to you.
Clear my mind;
Calm my heart;
Still my Spirit;
Relax my being, that, I may
always glorify you in everything
I write, speak and do.

Amen. †

Jesus, Help Me

In every need let me come to Thee with humble trust, saying,
Jesus, help me!

In all my doubts, perplexities, and temptations,
Jesus, help me!

In hours of loneliness, weariness and trials,
Jesus, help me!

In the failure of my plans and hopes; in disappointments, troubles and sorrows,
Jesus, help me!

When my heart is cast down by failure, at seeing no good come from my efforts,
Jesus, help me!

When others fail me, and Thy grace alone can assist me,
Jesus, help me!

When I throw myself on Thy tender love as Father and Savior,
Jesus, help me!

When I feel impatient, and my cross irritates me,
Jesus, help me!

When sickness and loneliness overcome me,
Jesus, help me!

Always, in weakness, falls and shortcomings of every kind,
Jesus, help me and never forsake me.

Thank You, dear Lord Jesus.

Amen. †
