I intended to go to Daily Mass today, but I went to the 5:15pm Mass, not realizing it was a Vigil Mass. Does this mean I cannot receive Holy Communion if I attend Mass tomorrow, on Sunday?

You may receive communion tomorrow. Canon Law even allows for someone to receive the Eucharist twice in one day as long as the second time is at a Mass. Even though you attended the Sunday anticipatory mass, when speaking of “day” the canon means “ordinary 24 hour day”, so Saturday (even the part which can anticipate Sunday) is a different day regardless.

while you can, you don’t have to go to Mass tomorrow as the Vigil Mass already fulfills Sunday obligation
