And the website posting the outrage has brought them an untold number of new viewers.

Judgy posting on the internet young people because they have made a mistake just seems icky, I expect better from a place called “christianpost”.

I had seen this video previously. It is horrible.

I wish someone could please, please tell us that this was a parody, and that no actual abortion happened. People do such goofy, pointless things these days, with all these memes, selfies, and other wastes of time and of bandwidth.

I hate to think of it, but I don’t doubt that there are some women (and the men who helped to get them in that condition) who are happy at the thought of an abortion, of not being pregnant anymore, of being able to continue to live life on their own terms. Not everyone grieves an abortion. After all, if it’s just a medical procedure, just medical care, what is there to grieve? Not advocating this line of reasoning, just carrying it to its logical conclusion — one would think.

Teenagers’ brains are not fully developed, in particular the prefrontal cortex where thinking and reflecting about one’s actions is connected. They are also not very well informed, generally, and can lack empathy depending on their impressions. So a combination of a lack of brains and ignorance can make teenagers act in ways that is difficult for mature adults to understand or judge.

They laughed and mocked Jesus in his suffering. These same demons are now with teenagers celebrating the suffering they inflict upon the innocent.

I haven’t seen the video, or heard that it’s a parody, but tick tok isn’t know for serious videos. I’m guessing it’s a troll video or just something stupid that some teens have made and posted.

Again, I hope it is a parody. They would have had to have some access to a clinic — anyone can put on a surgeon’s gown — and some way to simulate a sonogram on a screen. You can fabricate almost anything these days using “deepfake” video techniques. And it is hard to imagine that a clinic would allow a companion to go into an examination room and make a video of a medical procedure such as this.

I don’t like the possibility, but the simplest explanation, unfortunately, is that the video is real. Lord have mercy.
