I have recently been doing some research on different groups and kinds of virtues, etc. Thus far, I have uncovered references to the following groups:

Virtues: 4 moral, 3 theological
Fruits of the Holy Spirit (12)
Charismata
Gifts of the Holy Spirit (7)

My questions are:
  1. What virtues/etc. belong in each category?
  2. Are there any other major groups that I am missing?

I am not an expert in this, but I will comment so that other people will see it

The Cardinal Virtues, or moral virtues, are Prudence, Courage or Fortitude, Temperance, and Justice. They were first described in Plato’s Republic 426-435.

The theological virtues are 1 Corinthians 13:13
So faith, hope, love remain, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
Fruit of the Spirit:
the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.
Galatians 5:22-3
Charismata
To each individual the manifestation of the Spirit is given for some benefit. To one is given through the Spirit the expression of wisdom; to another the expression of knowledge according to the same Spirit; to another faith by the same Spirit; to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit; to another mighty deeds; to another prophecy; to another discernment of spirits; to another varieties of tongues; to another interpretation of tongues. But one and the same Spirit produces all of these, distributing them individually to each person as he wishes.
1 Corinthians 12:7-11
Gifts of the Spirit
The spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him:
a spirit of wisdom and of understanding,
A spirit of counsel and of strength,
a spirit of knowledge and of fear of the LORD,
and his delight shall be the fear of the LORD.
Isaiah 11:2-3
Charismata means gifts, so these overlap a bit. Different names may be used in different translations, like piety for delight in the fear of the Lord.
