Vocational Discernment

On Saturday, I met with the representative of the Xaverian Missionaries to discuss vocations and he said I may well be able to start a Pre-Novitiate in August 2010 (thus, giving leeway on the two-year waiting period). Over e-mail, I recently communicated with a Monsignor from Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest (a very Traditional Catholic Society of Apostolic Life that is in good standing with the Holy Father). I think my first choice would be the Institute of Christ the King, but I am not sure where they stand in terms of leeway on the two-year waiting period since I am a new convert to Catholicism, but my case is a little unique.

Please pray for me that vocational discernment would move forward and I might be able to begin that journey that ends at the Priesthood. This is not the economy to be in transition in.
