Voice I heard while praying the rosary?

I was praying the rosary earlier and halfway through the third mystery a voice said “don’t drink” I was wondering was this Our Lady? I do drink but I’m only a sociable drinker. I also have OCD/Scrupulosity which I can be paranoid and need reassurance at times. I am worrying about what the voice meant or who it was? Or if it was Our Lady or my guardian angel? I am afraid now that something will happen the next time I drink is it my OCD while I was praying? I am praying fervently at the moment for help with OCD as it gets my down at times and I really want to be healed so much, is the voiced connected to this?
 
I would like to think that I have a healthy skepticism when it comes to supernatural/preternatural experiences. However I have witnessed some things first hand which would make the hairs stand on anyone’s neck! Without doubt not explainable by natural means. Through reading the experiences of the saints and my own research of Catholic discernment my advise - boring as it may seem - would be to not make much of it.

If it is from God it will be made clear to you in a way in which you wont even have to question. If it is your mind (and we all can misconstrue things - human nature) playing tricks so to speak then ignoring it will be the best course. Similarly if an experience is preternatural - ignoring it is also recommended by the Saints. Just continue to pray and don’t worry.

If you are hearing audible voices you should consult with a psychiatrist for an evaluation.
 
Talk to your pastor or confessor about this. If you have not had any problem with drinking, I would doubt that this was anything supernatural.
