Votive Office 1962

Hello Everyone!

I pray the 1962 breviary and since tomorrow is First Friday and a feria in the old calendar and I would like to pray the a votive office for the Sacred Heart. I was wondering if this is permitted and how it should work, like which antiphons to use and how many nocturns at matins.
