Well in no shorter words I feel like a hypocrite. I have spent my whole life questioning the existence of God to when I mentally have come to age to accept life after death and that of Divine power I know not how to act. For me to reach out and rely on just faith alone is not an easy thing for me to do and its actions I still question. I have not been one to believe anything blindly but on my darkest hours of self knowledge I know not how to proceed. How can one who once shunned religion so long seek redemption with God? How do I know if my actions to better myself spiritually are sincere? I have the worst time finding the words in prayer and feel my belief in God is just that of a fear of death and not of a true passion to better myself and follow spiritual teaching.
Although I know I wish to better myself morally I feel I walk this path alone. How can one with no religious affiliation better themselves in the house of God? I know I have not chosen a path yet but I do see the light above the horizon.
