Those really are not places that you would apply to directly. They are basically seminaries where a bishop or religious can send one of his candidates for higher studies.I have found a university named pontifical gregorian university with the pontifical north america college. does it accept students without American citizenship?
Not sure. Probably. They are in Italy, afterall. So if you want to function in the society…do I have to study Italian?
St. John Vianney is also a college seminary on the campus of a major university (St. Thomas) in St. Paul, MN. That would be a similar situation where the potential, at least, of eventually transitioning into a college seminary program (or at least easier access to the people who run it) would be more seamless were one to start out merely as a student of the university at large. Obviously, nothing is guaranteed. But such circumstances would clearly create a possible opportunity to foster both studies and discernment.I checked loyola university. the website does mention it accept international students
