In regard to income taxes, the US government will use force if you are fraudulent in reporting your income and have thus committed a crime. In the collection of income taxes, your employer deducts estimated taxes from your paycheck even before you receive it. The same is true for Social Security Taxes. In the collection of back taxes, the government can garnish your wages or your bank account without using any force.
If you buy property, you agree to pay the tax assessments. If you buy at a retail store, you agree to pay sales taxes. If you drive, you agree to pay registration fees. If you sign up for utilities, you agree to pay any taxes (fees) over and above the basic service. If you rent a hotel room, you are assessed taxes. If you do not agree to pay these taxes, you don’t have to stay in a hotel. In some rural locations, you may elect to go without utilities whether or not provided by government. If you own rural property, you may have a private well and a septic tank, all privately financed.
I still don’t know where force is resorted to in tax collection?
What happens if an employer does not collect income tax? A store dose not collect sales tax? A individual not pay property tax? They may freez your assets or take them from you (theft, which is force) or use other means. However, at the end of the line of options is ALWASE armed men taking you to live out years of your life in an iron cage. This is the great deception of our tax system, it is theft backed up by armed force, but most people are so terrified of agencies like the IRS they simply pay out of fear or misguided belief that they are obligated to pay.
I Have never signed a contract with he United States government agreeing to pay taxes in exchange for government services. I doubt you have either. Nor has anyone, not the previous owners of businesses or land. We attend governemnt run and mandated schools where we are indoctrinated into fantastical lies such as the social contract. I have signed no contract, I was simply born here. Must I pay taxes to live? Does my freedom have monetary cost? In our world yes, because if you don’t pay every year your property is taken and you are locked up.
Our government is nothing more than a organized crime syndicate, which has such a degree of control and trust of the people they no longer understand what it is and even view it positively. They believe because they can vote they are in control, but other than social policy what changes? The real power is in corporations who use campaign donations and lobbyists to influence the system. They have a symbiotic relationship with the government. And yet people adore the government. “Without he government who would build roads?” We’ll the governemnt just pays companies to do this. Government cannot create, it can only take. It may apear it creates, but this is simply a transformation of wealth. The government dose not make roads, it uses your money to pay company’s to make roads. It transforms your taxes into just enough infistructure and welfare to keep the people happy and then uses he rest for its own purposes.
There is nothing wrong with a government which is voluntary, where people contract together to live by a set of common rules, and pay taxes towards thei common good. But the moment a single person is forced to submit to a governemnt against its will, that government is an opressive monstrosity.
I own farmland, and if the opertunity to remove it from he control of the United States I would. I would gladly live a subsistance life without any aid from he US government, and not pay taxes. Only then am I truly free, when I have entire control over myself and my property. You are free to submit yourself to the government of the US and give them your tax money, if that’s a contracted interaction. But you have no right to force me to do so aswell.
So tell me, if I was to move to my land, live entirely independent of the United States, takin none of your tax dollars and giving none in return, why is it ok for the US government to come demand taxes. I’m just dying to hear why I must be part of your system.
