No, because he is not a man or a human. Satan was an angel, and is now a fallen angel. Angels are not human. They are angels.
An angel is capable of appearing in a human form, as angels do in the Old Testament from time to time, but they are still not human. Presumably Satan can manifest in the form of a human, but he is still not a human.
