No. There is a pious Christian belief that St. Joseph may also have been a virgin, but the Church does not teach that he “must” have been a virgin because the Blessed Virgin was. It is possible that St. Joseph was married before his marriage to the Virgin Mary. If that is the case, then it is unlikely that he entered marriage with Mary as a virgin. All that the Church requires Catholics to believe is that Mary herself was always a virgin and never had marital relations with anyone.
