I know there is no list of ex-cathedra statements, but I want to know the opinons of the posters if this constitution by Pope Bennedict in 1336 was ex cathedra. If it is state why and if not state why also. papalencyclicals.net/Ben12/B12bdeus.html

It would be difficult to argue that this is not an ex cathedra definition. The pope actually says “I define.” The object was to end speculation on when we would enjoy the beatific vision, following our death, after purification, or after the Last Judgment. The pope defined that we enjoy the beatific vision immediately after death and purification (if necessary).
