Anne, I am a former wayward husband trying to return home. My wife has just lost any feeling for me and doesn’t at this point want me back. so I am praying for you and your husband and hope neither gets as lost as I let my marriage get. Many prayers.My husband left me and our child. I found out after he moved out that he was having a long distance affair with a childhood friend of his. She knows about our marriage and family. She came to visit him last year without me knowing. And then she bought him his ticket to visit her for his birthday this year, again without me knowing. I suspected something was wrong when he would get angry when I told him he couldn’t go. He has changed over the past couple of years and has become darker. A few times we got into heated arguments and I literally saw his face change, become so dark in color and I felt an evilness in him. I know he is being influenced by bad spirits. He doesn’t go to church anymore, rarely prays and has said things so mean uncharacteristic of him. I know it’s not my imagination because I always felt something wrong, but now that he’s out of the house, it’s almost as if the house has been spiritually cleansed. I am humbly asking for your help in praying for my husband to find the strength and courage to fight this spiritual battle and return to our Lord Jesus Christ. He is so spiritually lost but doesn’t see it. He blames me for everything and to this day denies his affair even though they are still in contact. His sisters know about the affair and welcome the lady into their family. His sisters are also having marital problems (infidelity). All of their problems happened within about 3 years which also makes me suspect it is truly a spiritual battle. There are only 3 of them (siblings) and all are experiencing the same thing. He is now threatening to take me to court for divorce. Our child has no idea what is going on other than daddy no longer lives with us. She doesn’t know about the affair. Please pray for us. There are days I am strong and then there are days I wish I could just hide from the world. Please pray for us.

Holy Patroness of those in need, Saint Rita, you were humble, pure and patient. Your pleadings with your divine Spouse are irresistible, so please obtain for me from our risen Jesus the request I make of you: I beg you to pray and intercede for this family, who sorely need your assistance. Be kind to me for the greater glory of God, and I shall honor you and sing your praises forever. Glorious Saint Rita, you miraculously participated in the sorrowful passion of our Lord Jesus Christ. Obtain for me now the grace to suffer with resignation the troubles of this life, and protect me in all my needs. Amen.
