"Wear it with confidence"

A recent article on Beliefnet ("7 Amazing Miracles of the Miraculous Medal ) quotes Mary as saying, “For those who wear it with confidence, there will be abundant graces.” I’m curious about the meaning of “wearing it with confidence”. I wear one around my neck daily, but I don’t know if that counts as “wearing with confidence.” Anyone have any insight they can share?

It means to wear it with confidence in God and Our Lady, that God will give you what you need and Mary will always pray for you and help you.

It means great faith and trust in God. Doubters, second-guessers and the like will derive no good from it.
