Wearing the Brown Scapular.

Is it appropriate to wear the Brown Scapular anywhere else other then around your neck? For example, can I wear it wrapped around my wrist? I know that you are “dressed” with the brown scapular, which I understand as wearing like clothes, is this correct?

Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

The proper wearing of the scapular is around the neck with one panel in front and one panel in back. One can substitute a scapular medal which hangs from a chain in front only if desired.
 
One can wear also the scapular medal pinned to inner clothing. I dont know if they still exist but there used to be quite tiny scapular medal, which could be worn attached to one’s watch.
