I ran across this website quite by accident and thought it looked interesting…but before I add it to my list of sites to recommend, I’d like some others opinions on it.

The Beginning Catholic

I thought it might be a useful referal for us to use.
All (name removed by moderator)ut welcome.

Peace

:)Thank you JRKH, I think I may find it helpful.

I’m an Anglican in New Zealand, and I’m troubled by many of the practices and beliefs my Church accommodates (it’s pretty much like ECUSA, just smaller).
If one of the ‘personal ordinariates’ were started over here, I would be very open to submitting.

I’ve been warned that ‘the grass looks greener on the other side Tiber’, and that many Anglican converts have left after finding they had focused on one ‘pro’ of the Roman Communion over potential ‘cons’.
I still feel loyalty to Canterbury, Anglican tradition, and my community. I don’t want to rush things, because if I do submit to Rome, I don’t ever want to turn back.

God bless

Good luck on your journey. I hope we welcome you to the Catholic church.
I see we just welcomed the Anglican church of Canada.

👍:hug1:
I hope so too.
Is the Personal Ordinariate already underway in Canada? If so, great news.

Yes, it seems to be underway. Just Google it and you will see the effort as it moves forward.
