Wedding, need response ASAP

My cousin is getting married tomorrow.

She is a Catholic, but her wedding will take place at a farm (yes, a farm). I do not know if she has a dispensation or not. My mother thinks she doesn’t. Would it be sinful for me to attend, assuming the best?

If you had more time to make the decision, you could find out. But, since it’s today… you’ll just have to make a prudent judgment on whether or not you feel comfortable attending.

Since you do not know with certainty, you can give her the benefit of the doubt. If you find out she’s married outside the church you can encourage her to convalidate the marriage.
