Congratulations! :extrahappy:
We are also expecting–our babies are probably going to be due around the same time in the summer!
Try not to worry about finances too much. I know that’s advice that I should probably follow.

I’m planning on quitting my job when we have this baby to be a stay at home mom, so with the economy kind of shaky, I’m having a lot of financial fears too. But I do try to not let it consume me and instead plan as best I can for this baby. I’ve already started buying baby stuff off of Craigslist for some really good deals, so I know we’ll be able to provide for our little one just fine. You guys might want to check out the book “Baby Bargains.” It has a lot of good advice on saving money on baby stuff.
As far as when to tell people–we’ve already told our friends and family. I’ve had two early miscarriages before this baby, so I’m very familiar with the fragility of early pregnancy–but at the same time people’s support during the miscarriages really helped. So we prefer to tell people early–because we want to share our joy with them and if our baby is called to heaven, then we can count on their support.
Prayers for a safe and healthy 9 months!
