Scaramental preps in the 1970s? I guess my parish was behind the times. The early 70s at my parish was muc like the previoius 100 years as far as parental involvement went. I am pretty certain that my mom didn’t recieve any sacramental prep while I was in CCD class. Like I said she put her trust in a system that was up until then pretty reliable about teaching children the faith.
