What’s an Apostolic Christian and why is Kim Davis’ hair so long?

Well, technically, their faith community DOES believe they are Christian, so perhaps what you are trying to say is that the Catholic Church questions their baptismal practices and theological beliefs.
There are very few Christian-ish (?) groups that the Catholic Church (and most other denominations) would consider to have invalid baptism, primarily Mormons and Jehovah’s Witnesses. Catholics would question, for example, the baptismal practices and theological beliefs of Southern Baptists, but Catholics wouldn’t say Southern Baptists aren’t Christian–so it’s more than simply a matter of differences in some practices and beliefs. Belief in the Trinity is one thing that unites all Christians.

If Kim Davis’s group says they are Christian, I would say at least historically speaking they are mistaken. It’s also somewhat deceptive.

Technically speaking, Kim Davis is not a Christian because she denies the Trinity (which adds yet another level of irony to this whole story).
Oneness Christians AKA Apostolic, indeed deny the Holy Trinity. They literraly baptize in Jesus Name AYMEN.

They belive that F S and HS are combined into the one person of Jesus.

United Pentecostals believe the same.
