That piece distorts the FACTS about what Trump is trying to do!
He is correct in trying to ‘clean his own house’ - BEFORE he can help anyone from anywhere.
He is cautious in ensuring the problems these people are trying to run from do not find a seat in his own house. The rot that has infested the countries selected need to be stayed and addressed. Like any ‘sickness’ or ‘epidemic’ - forst is to identify it, isolate it and determine an antidote for it!
People get caught up in emotive discourse to the point that the piece literally accuses him of being ‘uncaring’ and some have called him un-Christian in action and motive.
I disagree!
The sooner he secures his house, the sooner he’ll be able to assess and comment (support or decry) the inhumane activities of all else…and be in a position to implement activity toward it! He’s that kind of man and President.
Courage in speaking frankly is not an issue for him; see - German Chancellor, Mexico, Canada, Australian PM, China, North Korea…even Russia. His inauguration speech was something else when it comes to fortitude in front of the ‘elite’ of Washington and recent Administrations. He knows the ‘power’ he wields, but he is NOT into using it wantonly…including American might!
With his election, ‘Merry Christmas’ appeared unchallenged on shop fronts 2016!! By statements and action he made that happen!..and a signal of his moral compass…but he is still a man, like anyone else!
He is not tied or beholden to special interests, donours or lobbyists…and easy to see in his statements.
God allows men’s freewill in all things and the elections are no different…but I pray, for what they’re worth from a sinner, that Trump be a useful instrument for The Almighty in global matters that may not be obvious to some perspectives!

We must live on two different planets. Our newly sworn in POTUS has made the world a much more dangerous place to live in just 50 days. The news conference yesterday with Angela Merkel, the PM of Germany and literal head of the EU was a debacle of grand proportions. I’m glad you are happy that “Merry Christmas” was more prevelant in your area last December. How about the vast increase in anti-semetic acts, blatent racism and admiration for the “poorly educated” (who elected Trump and whom the new Trumpcare will decimate)? Of course, Donald Trump is so morally smug that when he teaches that if you are a “star”, you can just kiss whom ever you want and more importantly, grab women by their private parts. I’m sure that many moral humans of all different faith traditions want their sons to grow up and follow Trump’s example and their daughters to accept men of such standards.

Support for safe zones on all levels: financial, health care, nutrition, etc.
Fix the immigration policy and consider orderly movement afterwards.
Yes, I think l, following the securing of the border, that a change in our immigration policy is a must. I also think a re-emphasis on the “melting pot”, as opposed to the “salad bowl”, should be at the top of the list

The left always likes to use the puppetmaster bogeyman. With Bush, it was Cheney and Wolfowitz. With Trump, it is Bannon. Apparently the American people are too stupid when they vote for the Republican side to choose a person who can think for himself.
And claiming the world is more dangerous 50 days in is typical liberal hyperbole and pearl-clutching. It is also unverifiable, and a pointless statement. Besides, world events do not happen in a vacuum. Policies and mistakes made ten years ago can lead to disasters today.
