How long after rec. the “aninting of the sick” must a person go to confession

Wouldn’t you have received the Sacrament of Reconciliation just before receiving the Sacrament of the Sick? 
If you were unconscious at the time, and have now recovered from your illness, you would go to Confession at the first convenient opportunity - this Saturday would probably be a good time to go.

When I received the Anointing of the Sick, my pastor asked me if I had any sins I wanted to confess prior to the Sacrament. He gave me absolution and the blessing - two Sacraments in one!
