What about the Saturday Vigil Mass?

I’ve heard several times on the radio program that one must attend church on Sunday versus Saturday if able. Is this correct and where can I find this in the CCC?
 
Dear friend,

You will not find such a prohibition in the Catechism because there is none there. The vigil Mass is totally acceptable for fulfilling one’s Sunday obligation. It is not likely that one Mass on a Saturday evening is going to take away the significance of Sunday as the Lord’s Day. For some people (particularly the elderly), it is easier to get to Mass in the early evening on Saturday.
