I have another question…A friend of my mother’s had this situation…Their child was born with both sexes, they decided since they all ready had 3 daughter’s to have a “boy” instead…
Well he’s around my age, and has always been attracted to men…He’s fought it so much he moved to another country and state so that no one in his family could see him…They found out he is “married” to a great “woman.” I have never seen pics of this woman, but my mother has and she says this woman looks very muscular and has male character’s and features??! 🤷 Looks very manly in other words…
If this person was meant to be a woman and accidentaly made into a man, is this person dammed for loving a person of the “same sex”?
What about others who are born male but have always been feminine or vise versa?

I know there are some men and women that “turn” bisexual or homosexual because they are confused or want to try it, or they have been hurt by the opposite sex so many times they “turn” to same sex partners, I understand those are committing a sin no matter what…But what about those that are actually born one sex but feel they should be another and therefore are attracted to same sex partners?

Well in this case, the person in question was not born one sex but wanted to be another, this person was born with characteristics of both sexes. I wonder if DNA testing would reveal him to in fact be either a genetic female (two X chromosomes, absence of Y chromosome) or a chimera (different tissues are “male” or “female” as determined by the presence or absence of Y chromosome). If you have the genetic material to be one sex, but your parents decided that they wanted you to be the other sex, I can’t imagine that any gender identity confusion you would feel as a result would be sinful. I can’t imagine the burden this would place on the affected individual and I would wish to respond in all charity.

I believe what you are asking about in your second paragraph deals with transgendered people. I think sinfulness would depend on actions- it is not a sin to feel same-sex attraction. Beyond that I don’t know.

Sure your not thinking of hermaphroditism ? Having both sex organs. True chimerism is extremely rare in humans (only about 40 cases)
The likelihood of a child being a chimera is increased if the child is created via in vitro fertilization. Chimeras can often breed, but the fertility and type of offspring depends on which cell line gave rise to the ovaries or testes; intersexuality and hermaphroditism may result if one set of cells is genetically female and another genetically male.

In any case this is a sad situation for the child that truely was born this way and not a learned behavior.

Poor kid!
It isn’t a sin to have a physical sensation, only to indulge a thought that isn’t right.
People can’t help their impulses and senses. They just have to discipline their thoughts. But even there, whose decision is it morally that he is a he? After he turned 18, wasn’t his medical responsibility up to him, and the right to decide as a corollary to it? So it’s up to him to decide if he’s male or female now that he’s an adult, right? Not for just anyone, but for those with real biological ambiguity, that is; the rest of us know what we are.
If he wasn’t a chimera but was XXY and/or genitally ambiguous at birth, wouldn’t the direction puberty took determine adult identity? If that also was ambiguous, and the DNA are as well, then I think he gewts a choice – and the college period to make that choice, so he can think about it some and be honest with himself, rather than make a high-pressure decision. But if the only barrier to knowing the genetic facts was the cost of DNA testing when he was born, then at 18 he ought to get the test, I think, and go with the results of it. If his parents made a mistake, there is no use in anyone beating himself, herself or anyone up over it – they all did their best. This is my still-developing opinion.
But I know we aren’t responsible for what we can’t do anything about.
