What activities are we permitted to do on Sundays?

It is in the 10 commandments that we should set aside one day for rest and praising the Lord called the Lord’s Day.

It is a time where I read my Bible.
There are some activities that I do NOT regard as work: such as exercising.

What about using the Internet for leisure or writing letters? Are we not meant to have leisure on Sunday?

We aren’t prohibited from doing things on Sunday. There is no list.

It’s prudential judgment and if you have concerns, ask your priest.
