What angels do we know by name?

Where does this information come from? Why does the Church not teach it?
To be honest I heard it from a Priest. A priest with a couple of Doctorates in ancient dialect and another in archaeology. But I am not sure where he drew that from.

The current Catholic Bible only mentions three angels. However, the Book of Enoch (considered canonical in many Orthodox churches) mentions the other four. As the Book of Enoch was considered apocryphal in the West, the Roman rite does not include the angels listed in the Book of Enoch - while many Eastern rites do (as many, though not all, Eastern rites have companion Orthodox churches).
