What are some arguments against the pagan roots of Christmas?

I just made a facebook post of a nice graphic that said, “Keep Christ in Christmas.” Naturally, one of my secular friends followed up with a link… simpletoremember.com/vitals/Christmas_TheRealStory.htm

Is there a an article or post that will help me determine what is true in his post, and what is myth. In my experience, I’m guessing most of the items in this are simply not true.
