I started to write down a bunch of stuff, but really I just want to go to heaven and be with God.

When my children are happy
When somehow I manage to uplift or encourage someone
Seeing Rainbow lorikeets and hearing their happy communications
Australian magpies warbling their glorious melodious song
The blue sky glowing with light
On the sand, watching the waves breaking
Spending quiet time with the Lord in the tabernacle

I like to read, so I like my collection of books: religious books, cook books, and others.

I like my other religious items that I have: statues and crucifixes and holy pictures and holy cards.

Roasted sweet potato chips while watching good Japanese studio ghibli movies 🙂

Fall colors are coming in now. Yellow, orange, red leaves. Just starting here. Still a lot of green. Pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin this and that on sale everywhere. Kind of bugs me. I don’t get into pumpkin for another several weeks. We’ll have Christmas trees out at this rate. Before Halloween. I haven’t exactly let go of summer, but it’s already quite cold at night, in the morning. Days still get warm enough. Heat comes on once or twice at night. I love the fall though, next couple of months. I start baking pies soon - not yet though - has to be fall for ‘real’. Closer to Halloween. I had a craving for apple pie the other day so will likely start with that.
