I honestly love the community/fellowship in serving the lord, the people in youth ministry, the Priest’s are nice to me, and the celebration of the Eucharist/mass is my favorite 🙂

How about you?

What are some things you love about your local Church?

Very frequent scheduled confession; we have it before every Mass (of which there are six on Sundays, two on each other day).

Our parish has a really good bible study and bible timeline class that I enjoy. Also the priest explains the gospel pretty well, everyone understands and can follow what he is saying. Alot of little things I like, whenever I think about a good outline of what a local church is to be like I think about the one I go to. The only thing lacking is catechist teachers for the kids.

A beautifully combined American and Hispanic parish family.
A fabulous pastor.
24 hr Adoration.
Great music.

Monday through Thursday there is a 7:00 AM mass followed by a rosary and a Divine Mercy Chaplet before an 8:00 AM mass.

First and foremost - the old ladies -
Women in their 80s -
They help before mass doing this and that…
They help with the rosary -
They sometimes help as Eucharistic ministers -
Six or seven sit about me - lol
And it’s great to see their gracefulness and faithfulness
Their peacefulness and happiness -
They often kiss one another and give hugs - as a sign of greetings.
They so far exceed the men, sad to say, in the fruits of the spirit.
They don’t know just how much they inspire me 😛
I’m a sort of stoic secret admirer !

Our pastor and the other priests - they manage to make the word “alive” and “active”. They’re very pastoral.
The congregation - for most part, warm , friendly and welcoming.
All are welcome in our Parish.

I really like my preists, the architecture and the different nationalities: Irish, Italians (like me), polish and probably a lot more aswell
