What are the five Mysteries of Enlightenment in the rosary?
 
I believe you mean to refer to the mysteries of light (not “enlightenment”), which are also known as the luminous mysteries. The five mysteries of light are:
  • Christ’s baptism
  • The wedding at Cana
  • The proclamation of the Kingdom
  • The Transfiguration
  • The institution of the Eucharist
