What are the Proper times to say the hours of the Roman Breviary

I usually try to say all the hours but matins (because i dont know how to lol) But i was wondering the appropriated times of the day for each hour.

Morning, noon, evening and night

The Office of Readings can be done any time.

The old traditiona neames give a clue

Vigils - so early it’s still dark
Lauds- 1st sign of dawn

Vigils and Lauds combined are Matins

Prime -1st hour after dawn (6:00am)
Terse - 3rd hour after dawn (9:00am)
Sext - 6th hour after dawn (12:00 Noon)
None - 9th hour after dawn (3:00 pm)

Vespers - Evening
Compline - completion of the working day
