What are the requirements to have second marriage blessed?

I am Catholic and received an annulment for my first marriage. My husband is currently waiting for his first marriage annulment; is participating in the RCIA program, and will be baptized next Spring. Would we be able to have our marriage blessed prior to his baptism if he has his annulment as well?
 
Yes. Once both of you are free to marry in the Church then you should do so. In his case he is actually required to have the marriage validated in the Church prior to his baptism.
