What are the steps to converting to Catholicism?

What are the steps I need to take to convert to Catholicism? I am presently a member of the Episcopalian Chruch. I am 62 years old. Is there a source on Catholic Answers? I have tried numerous searches, but cannot seem to come up with the correct key words in order to conduct my search. Thank you, MaryRuth
