Besides reading through the Bible this year, I’m currently reading these… How about you?

(Please Note: This uploaded content is no longer available.)

Last night I started “The Neuroscientist Who Lost Her Mind”

I have been reading War and Peace. However, I had to go on a hiatus on that book so I can reread The Divine Comedy for a potential thesis topic.

The ways of mental prayer by Dom Vitalis Lehodey.

The secrets of the rosary I found to be a cracking read!

The Confessions of St. Augustine, albeit very slowly, I used to love reading, but don’t seem to have the attention span for it anymore 😦

I’ve read the Inferno and the Purgatorio twice, but I don’t think I’d have the patience to read the Paradiso a second time.

It is not as graphic as the two others. So that makes it hard to read. I suppose that makes it accurate since our senses cannot fully comprehend Heaven.

Rereading Proust’s La recherche du temps perdu- hopefully make it through the whole novel. I made it all the way to the last volume years ago. I just love it so much, Combray, Swann’s Way; I read the early parts over and over for some reason. Proust is truly one of the greatest writers who ever lived, never disappoints. Henry James territory, possibly even better, or the same.

Texts for courses in astrobiology and theistic evolution. Fun!

Notes from a Small Island by Bill Bryson
Buddhism from a Catholic Perspective by Paul Williams
The Joy of Being Disorganized by Pam Young
Navigating the Interior Life by Daniel Burke and Fr. John Bartunek

My priority at the moment is the first one, since I’m more than halfway through it. I read one of the other three when taking a break from that first one.
