What behavior do you do to enhance your catholic faith?

I know people who go to mass everyday.

Iknow people who go to confession every month

What behavior do you do?

Daily Prayer:

Daily morning prayers with my kids and wife as we get ready for school. Daily family prayers as we get ready for bed. Daily personal prayer.

I attend Perpetual Adoration. Alone / one on one encounter with our Lord is an amazing experience.

Blessings,
Stephie

I have taught PREP (CCD/religious education) classes at my parish for over 5 years and love it. I teach 2nd or 3rd grade depending on which class they need and also sub for other grade levels when needed. If you want a reality check on your faith, I would highly recommend signing up.

In order to teach religious education to youngsters, you have to not only know the faith but also be able to explain it to young children. It is a lot more difficult than it sounds, I assure you.

I have learned so much about my faith just from teaching children about it and have found the experience to be rewarding.

I also go to confession monthly, attend Mass as often as I can (usually three times during the work week), visit the Blessed Sacrament as often as possible, and pray the Liturgy of the Hours. I also love a daily rosary and divine mercy chaplet.

God bless.

Pray all 7 canonical hours of the Liturgy of the Hours, in winter. In summer, I pray 5.

Go to daily Mass, do a scheduled Holy hour in our perpetual adoration chapel, light votive candles after Mass, and most of all I work for my parish, which keeps me in a good place spiritually.

What do you do, almost? Haven’t you lost your faith?

Are you asking what you could do to find it again.?

🕊️🙏🌹. Praying you find your faith again

I listen to the Beetles.

j.k.

I would say, I make an effort to love my neighbor more. When we practice charity to our neighbor, we become better lovers of God. We begin to know him better, I think. It is an important element in the mix, anyways.

You listen to bugs? Now, if you had said Beatles…

Otherwise I would agree. Jesus’ two commands.

Blessings,
Stephie

Reading books that the saints wrote is a good way to understand what is means to love God and live a godly life. Praying the complete 15 decade rosary helps to increase in virtue and gain a understanding. I like also to pray the three Hail Marys and the Seven Sorrows of Mary chaplet. I am trying to work on gaining a better devotion to the Sacred Heart and Holy Face. Receiving the sacraments is important too.

I have an Adoration hour once a week and pray the rosary daily and try to do Catholic spiritual reading.

I try to get along with my co-worker patiently. We have opposite personalities. It’s a struggle.

This, except maybe listening to the Beetles 😁 I used to though,
I try and look at everyone with a soul, and know they are all having struggles of some sort, that God loves each and everyone of us equally …fight condescending thoughts ,comparing…just silly things that will pop into my head etc, want to be free of that.
Try and make every conversation count ,so both parties come away with something good and positive.

Go to and pray the Mass generally 3-4 times a week. Adoration hour weekly. Pray the Rosary and Litanies to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and to the Blessed Virgin Mary. Confession on First Saturday’s (and sometimes more often). Carry a Rosary and St. Benedict medal in my pocket. Share my faith with others.

I go to mass and receive sacraments and pray…

My prayers include asking for the grace to be able to ignore distractions that are a barrier to enhancing my faith as well.
