What book do they use during the Divine Liturgy like the Roman Missal or Sacramentary or Book of Common Prayer? What is the version used in DL called?

They’re generally called euchologia (euchologion in singular).

Each sui iuris church may have their own liturgy books. In the Constantinople tradition, Byzantine (Ruthenian) there are a few books used for the Divine Liturgies, published by the Byzantine Seminary Press:
  • The Divine Liturgy of Our Holy Father Basil the Great - 2006 (gold cover)
  • The Divine Liturgy of Our Holy Father John Chrysostom - 2006 (dark green cover)
  • The Divine Liturgy of the Presanctified Gifts - 2009 (purple cover)
  • Ambon Prayers of the Byzantine Church (orange cover)

No. The Euchologion is a book of blessings.

The Leiturgikon is the book the priest uses for Divine Liturgy.

The Archieraticon is the book used by the bishop for Divine Liturgy, ordination etc.

From τhis article at catholic.com:
Euchologion (euchologion ), the name of one of the chief service-books of the Byzantine Church. It corresponds more or less to our Missal and Ritual. The Euchologion contains first, directions for the deacon at the Hesperinon (Vespers), Orthros (Lauds), and [Divine] Liturgy.
I think its use must be variable across different Eastern churches. I just checked a few Greek Orthodox online stores and they all have the Divine Liturgy in the euchologion.
