What can't I do on Sunday?

If manual labour is permitted on Sunday if it is enjoyable and refreshing like gardening, and work is also permitted if it is necessary, but not necessarily enjoyable, like my cousin’s factory job, what is it that we should refrain from?

We should refrain from UNnecessary servile (physical) work, and paid work that isn’t absolutely necessary. And trust me - not NEARLY everyone finds gardening enjoyable, though as a certifiable ‘brown thumb’ I bear no grudge against those who do!

It is also advisable (though not a set-in-stone requirement) to avoid things that force OTHERS to work on your behalf - unnecessary shopping, eating out, that sort of thing.
